Estimation and Measurement
In order to increase predictability and project control, Capgemini had developed a BI Estimation & Measurement framework, in order to estimate project time and cost, and measure the project team’s performance. It includes extensive project progress reporting and refining of the estimation along the way.
Taking Advantage of Distributed Delivery
To accelerate the delivery of Business Intelligence, Capgemini uses the RightShore approach to distributed delivery. This approach has a local team at the client site collaborating with an Accelerated Delivery Centre (ADC) that has the highly specialized skills required for such projects to work. These ADC’s are located around the world, including Capgemini’s ADC in Mumbai, India.
