Christian Pilaud joins Capgemini as Head of Relationship Management, Capgemini Outsourcing Services, carrying full responsibility for the existing portfolio of contracts in France.

Christian Pilaud joined IBM in 1982. Beginning his career in Labs and Manufacturing, he was subsequently appointed in Sales, Group Re-engineering Team in the USA, and IBM Global Services, as Service Principal Manager for the Carrefour Group.
He was then appointed Chief Information Officer in Carrefour’s Europe Team and then was delegated to found Global Net Exchange Co in the USA.
5 years ago, Christian Pilaud joined Club Méditerranée. Member of the Board, he was in charge of Information Technologies, Supply Chain and Internet Sales.
He was a member of CIGREF Board (French top 100 CIO association).
Christian Pilaud, 48, holds a PhD in Science from INPG (Institut National Polytechnique – Grenoble - France), and in Business Administration from IAE (Institut d’Administration des Entreprises – Paris - France).
