A recently released Larstan Business Report, “Beyond the Extended Enterprise: An Executive Report on Enabling Business Processes with .NET” explored user interest in Web Services and .NET specifically. There appears to be a broad consensus on the effectiveness of the .NET Web Services platform. More than 60 percent of executives in Larstan Business Reports’ survey of Global 2000 executives picked the Microsoft .NET platform as the Web Services platform that can deliver the best overall business solution.
