Standard Exercise in Dutch Mergers and Acquisitions? Management Summary

At the end of 2006 we performed a study about vendor due diligence by means of desk research, in depth interviews with vendor due diligence experts, and a questionnaire distributed among more than 100 Corporate Finance and Private Equity firms active in the Dutch merger and acquisition market. 52% of the Corporate Finance and Private Equity firms active in the Dutch merger and acquisition market have been interviewed in this study. This response rate of 52% is a valid result to present the outcomes of this report.
