wanted a pragmatic solution that would allow them to do corporate cross-country and cross-business-unit reporting on a basic set of employee data, on a monthly basis. Analysis showed that administration of HR data was very dispersed in the organization: each of the administrators in over 120 locations needed to have a very simple way of delivering data to the corporate system due to lack of training possibilities and variety of skills.
