Our client is a multinational in ICT services and has over 100,000 employees worldwide. Our client acquired a division of a Dutch ICT Service Provider. Capgemini Consulting led the post-merger integration program for 2.000 FTE with the objective of executing a full merger between the acquired division and the client’s existing business units.
