Redesign payment processes and achieve SEPA-readiness.
The client is an independent organization which administers pensions and insurance products, supports pension fund managers and manages institutional assets. The organization faced the issue that its business-critical payments processes were performed manually and that payment-related controls could be improved. The applications used for payment authorization and execution were not efficient and future-proof. In addition, the impact and consequences of the SEPA regulation were unclear to the client.
