A local food company, part of a European Food Company, needed differing views of strategy and priorities to cope with the business challenges. Next to this the key challenge was the tendency of the various divisions to operated as separate entities instead as one company. The company asked Capgemini Consulting to help define their strategy and energize their leadership team so that they are able to deal with current and future challenges.
