Advantage You organiseert op donderdag 15 september a.s. een “Micro Expressions" Profiling workshop!

The AdvantageYou Team is organizing a "Micro Expressions" Profiling workshop on Thursday, September 15, 2016.

Event name: "Micro Expressions" Profiling workshop
Date: Thursday, September 15, 2016
Location: Congresgebouw (Congress building), Papendorp (Utrecht)
Time: 17:00 - 22:00 CET.

What does body language actually reveal about humans? Can you really tell if someone is lying? What can you tell from the body language of great leaders and the non-verbal communication of your employees or colleagues? Taking it one step further, how do we measure the intentions of others, and establish solid integrity? All these questions will be tackled during this workshop.

In collaboration with the Institute of Human Profiling, Capgemini offers a unique program on September 15. Human profiling is a very effective and efficient way to gain insight into how people make their choices, what behavior they thereby show, and how to convert this direct information. Human profiling enables you to generate at least 65% more vital information, see the real intentions of others, reduce the risk of taking wrong decisions, and save up to 70% time. Learn how to determine whether information meets the two main criteria "reliablility" and "completeness."

Fundamental principles of human profiling

In a three-hour workshop, Gert Jan Schenau (founder of Institute of Human Profiling) will take us through the fundamental principles of human profiling.

Among other things, they include:

  • Inquiry: Learning how to ask the right question at the right time
  • Convert micro expressions: Understanding "body language," the most important human resource, and add value
  • Observing inconsistencies in speech and behavior: Knowing when you get deceived and when someone is lying to you.
  • Listening: To see if people believe their own words.
  • Drawing conclusions: Identifying actual intentions of others as a baseline to make successful decisions, informed choices, and give better advice.
