Role focus:
  • Digital Customer Experience: Definition of strategies, development of customer journeys with optimized design of customer touch points and customer loyalty concepts
  • Marketing: Definition of marketing concept, design and evaluation of digital marketing strategies. Focus topics: digital CRM / customer engagement, social media, digital loyalty, campaign management and innovative concepts for customer insights & analytics
  • Sales / Commerce: Definition and realization of omnichannel strategies, e.g. digital sales channels (focus: ecommerce / mobile commerce), optimization of sales strategies, retail / channel innovation in B2C and B2B context
  • Customer Service: Development of leading customer service concepts, innovative after-sales and connected services (B2C and B2B incl. service innovation / marketing, digital channels (social media)), transformation of field services through digital performance management and tools
What you offer:
  • None to two years of relevant work experience in digital transformation in the areas of marketing, sales & services, multichannel management or CRM in in at least one of the sectors:
    1. Banking / Insurance
    2. Consumer Products
    3. Retail
    4. Manufacturing
  • First-hand expertise in running complex project streams or full project leadership experience
  • Competitive university degree within a business, economics, technical, engineering or IT field of study
  • Good network in at least on the sectors described above
  • Strong analytical / conceptual thinking skills
  • Structured way-of-working and the ability to rise to the challenge when tackling complex problems
  • Ability to apply technological know-how with strategic business analyses in order to achieve results
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Fully proficient in Dutch and English; Proficiency in an extra European language is welcome
  • Team player
  • Open to international project assignments
  • International experience is welcome
