Role Description:

You will be part of one of the leading CPRT management consulting teams in the Netherlands, reporting directly to the Market Unit Lead Vice President.  As a global leader in Digital Transformation, Capgemini Consulting provides industry-specific services and guidance to the world’s largest CPRT organisations and a key part of your remit would be to leverage these global assets in the Dutch marketplace.

 

Job Description

  • Client advisory – leverage your digital consulting expertise to shape and deliver digital transformation programmes. Articulate a point of view and advise clients on what potential solutions may be, and how to structure a programme of work to effectively deliver on it.
  • Programme Leadership – operate at most senior levels, effectively engaging with stakeholders: influencing decisions, maintaining focus on scope and delivery of the project, whilst demonstrating flexibility in addressing clients changing needs during the project.
  • Client relationship management – developing relationships with senior members of Tier 1 and 2 organisations beyond digital programme delivery.  Maintaining a meaningful relationship and communication, sharing and positioning Capgemini’s evolving portfolio of services and identifying opportunities within the client organisation.
  • Team Leadership – leading and managing the CPRT Digital Customer Experience capability team within Capgemini Consulting NL; providing inspiration, guidance and leadership, enabling the team to effectively and efficiently perform.  You will be expected to operate as a market maker, delivering upon client demands whilst also developing and developing and expanding our DCX team.
  • Business development – utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships and your own network to open, lead and close large digital transformation deals generating revenue across the sector.
  • Digital expertise – a strong wide expertise across the DCX domain, with a deep proven  expertise and consulting or working experience  in particular in the domains of e.g. consumer insight, loyalty, engagement, digital marketing. Strong affinity to the technology side of these domains is a strong advantage
  • Industry expertise – using own deep expertise of retail, consumer products and / or transport, drive differentiation and thought leadership in one or more areas, contributing to the development / evolution of propositions and point of views.

 

Requirements

  • Management consulting background, having built solid foundations in consulting skills and having already delivered larger digital projects and transformation programmes.
  • Proven experience in at least one of the areas of customer insight, loyalty, customer engagement or digital marketing in the B2C or B2B sectors.
  • Proven experience of opening, leading and closing large digital transformation deals.
  • Can-do attitude, proactive thinking/doing, being able to navigate complex networks of relationships internally and externally.
  • Sharp intellect and strong problem solving skills to address complexity thrown by client challenges; as well as analytical rigour and proven ability to synthesise data and formulate conclusions / recommendations.
  • Ability to empathies with clients and stakeholders in politically challenging environments and to work to demanding timeframes / deadlines.
  • Intellectually capable of developing and holding peer level relationships at all levels of a client’s company.
  • Demonstrate the potential to be a leader in our business and able to work fully collaboratively across a number of teams.
  • Master the Dutch language and you are advanced at English.

Whilst you will have Utrecht as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location nationally and internationally, as these roles will involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
