What we ask from you?
Several years of practical experience in digital transformation projects in the area of change management, in at least one of the following sectors:
  1. Automotive
  2. Banking
  3. Consumer Products & Retail
  4. Manufacturing
  • First experience as a (sub-)Project Leader
  • Passion for dealing with change management questions and pleasure in interacting with people
  • Excellent knowledge of methods of and experience in facilitating workshops
  • Excellent graduation results in Social Sciences, Economics, a technical study or Information Technology
  • The sensitivity to motivate and persuade people in interdisciplinary teams, ideally in combination with a coaching education
  • Having good conceptual and analytical thinking skills
  • A structured way of working, with enthusiasm for solving complex questions
  • Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office tools
  • Joy in traveling and team work
  • International experience
